In this class, we will discuss some of the basic steps you can take to troubleshoot problems with your computer. You are introduced to how the computer works, and then some of the common problems that can occur. You learn to become a 'detective' who can track down the cause of your computer's problem. After this class, you may be able to perform some repairs yourself, or at least be able to speak more intelligently to the repair person.
