This class is held in a open format. There is room for only eight groups. A group may be from one to four people. Each group should bring along their own computer. The instructor will help you open up your own computer and understand the inner workings. If you are having a problem with your computer, the instructor will help you diagnose the cause of the problems. If you want to perform an upgrade, the instructor will assist you in determining what you need to purchase, and in performing the upgrade itself.
Diagnostic assistance may be limited to hardware based problems, depending on the demands of the rest of the class. Also, depending on the amount of assistance you require, you may be able to use this class to build a new computer.
There will likely be pre-requisites. At the moment, I recommend having taken both 'PC Maintenance' and 'PC Troubleshooting and Repair' at the moment.
